The Kendall County Recorder's office is located at 502 S Main St in Yorkville.  The County Recorder records all land transaction documents including liens, mortgages and deeds. The Recorder's research area is open each weekday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.  We stop recording plats at 3:00 pm and documents at 4:00 pm.

Introducing MyDec
The Kendall County Recorder’s Office is announcing the use of MyDec for online real property transfer tax declarations beginning on December 2, 2019.
