Sheriff Baird believes in transparency in all forms of government. He will work to ensure public trust and establish a system of transparency, public participation, and collaboration. The Kendall County Sheriff’s Office will take appropriate action, consistent with law and policy, to disclose information that the public can readily find and use. Our transparency mission will be to put information about our operations and decisions online and readily available to the public. We encourage public feedback to identify information of greatest use to the public.
This is intended to keep the public informed of the operations of the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office while respecting an individual’s right to privacy. Our office will make every effort to protect a person’s privacy.
